What are the lease terms?

Willow Point offers 12 month lease terms.

What does it cost to move in?

Pet fees, prorated rent, administrative fees and security deposits.

Utilities are billed from a third party company and run in addition to rent.

What's your pet policy?

Willow Point Townhomes in Denver welcomes your pet! Fur Babies are Welcome in our Community! (Call the office for Breed Restrictions) up to two pets per home, 100 pound weight limit!

What is your guest policy?

Guests are allowed to stay two consecutive days. If guests are staying longer please notify the leasing office.

Do you require apartment renters insurance?

Willow Point Apartments in Denver require Renters Insurance for all residents. The minimum Personal Liability is $100,000.

How are repairs taken care of, especially in an emergency?

At Willow Point Townhomes in Denver, Maintenance Requests can be submitted online, emailed to the leasing office, over the phone or in person. After hour on call maintenance for emergencies.

How often does rent go up? By how much?

Rental increases depend upon the current market rent.

What is the parking situation?

Parking around property first come first serve for residents and guests. Each townhome comes with a two car attached garage.

Are there plans to update the building?

Not at this time.

Is there a penalty for breaking my lease?

Yes, In the case of a lease break we require 60-Days Notice and the lease termination fee is $1500.

How does the pet policy at Willow Point compare to other Denver townhome communities?

Willow Point stands out with our pet-friendly policy. Unlike many communities, we welcome larger breeds and have a 100-pound weight limit (with breed restrictions). Our on-site dog wash adds convenience for pet owners.

What kind of maintenance services are provided?

We provide comprehensive maintenance services, including regular upkeep and prompt responses to repair requests. Our dedicated maintenance team ensures your home stays in top condition.

Are there any green spaces or parks nearby?

Yes, our location is close to several green spaces and parks. These areas are perfect for outdoor activities, picnics, or just enjoying nature.
